Delivery and Turnaround times
How long will my order take?
Most of my items are custom made for each individual order. If your fabric is in stock, then it will usually take 2-3 weeks to be despatched. If you have chosen a pre-order fabric, then these items will usually take 4-6 weeks to be despatched. If you need an item quicker, please message me before placing your order and I will let you know what I can do. I often have stock of sizes up to Age 4. Please message me if you would like to know what I have available.
Delivery
All items are sent via Royal Mail Tracked 48 and you will be notified on despatch. Postage is £3.50 flat rate for below £50, above £50, postage is free.
If you would like your item sent via a different method, please contact me in the first instance. Please allow 10 days for deliveries before chasing, but please do contact me if there are any queries or problems with your delivery.
If you wish to collect in person, please select the collection box at checkout - you will not be charged for delivery. I will notify you when your order is ready and we will arrange a collection day and time.
